Policies & Procedures

  • Please note that the Sponsors listed in the drop down menu are only Sponsors with available appointments.  We will add additional appointments over the course of the year. Visit the Council's website for the updated schedule.
  • The Council will host Office Hours the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month (with a few exceptions) from 1:00 to 3:00pm.
  • Members may sign-up for twenty-minute slots to meet with 1-3 Sponsors on the same day.
  • Member companies can only meet with the same firm once a year.  Thus if you met with Firm XYZ in April you cannot meet with Firm XYZ again until the following April.
  • Registration for Office Hours will close 3 days before the Office Hours Event in order to give our Sponsors enough time to run conflict checks.
  • You may cancel or change your appointment 3 days in advance.
